Energize Your Body 
Circuit Workout 

(HIIT/Tabata)

This class is an intense, fun, challenging, stress relieving workout that incorporates High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), body conditioning, endurance training & resistance training using high-intensity aerobics and Circuit training (alternating between several exercises that target different muscle groups).
