Instructor Spotlight:  Kiara Priske

Kiara is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor with extensive training in fitness, nutrition & health education. She enjoys helping others of all fitness levels to get into the best shape of their lives. She strongly believes health is a conscious lifestyle choice necessary for longevity and happiness. 

She has taught group exercise for 17 years, including cycling, strength training, HITT and Body Pump.  She has also been a Lifestyle coach. She was employed as a physical therapist technician for 2 years.  Kiara worked at the Promise Center, non-profit organization, where she was the activity director working with at risk youth. 

Kiara has two beautiful goal-oriented daughters who attended the University of Houston. Kiara is excited to become a grandmother soon!  She enjoys watching movies, food, cooking, taking walks in the park, and spending time with her daughters.  She teaches her classes with passion and is dedicated to motivating members to effectively reach their fitness goals.

Kiara is currently teaching Thursday 6pm Cycling!

Beginning Monday, September 9th at 5:30pm, Kiara will be teaching an exciting new class:  Energize your Body Circuit Workout (HIIT/Tabata):an intense, fun, challenging, and stress-relieving workout that incorporates High Intensity Interval Training [HIIT] using high-intensity aerobics and circuit training.  The alternating exercises focus on body conditioning, endurance, and resistance training targeting different muscle groups.  The benefit of teaching this class is greatly rewarding!
